I grew up outside of Boston, USA and went to university in Canada. As an avid traveler and globally minded educator, I moved to the UAE 8 years ago, and joined the GEMS groups 6 years ago. I have worked in Education for 10 years, in a variety of teaching, middle leadership and senior leadership roles.
I am a passionate educator, who works to keep children at the center of all that I do. I work closely with teachers to support student driven inquiry and develop meaningful technology integration opportunities.I work closely with the executive leadership team to support teacher training and development that will best support students. I value our extraordinary international community, and the opportunities it affords our students to push themselves and become balanced life long learners.
