Why IB?

The International Baccalaureate® offers an education for students aged 3 - 19 and aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better world through intercultural understanding and respect.

The IB comprises of four programs that focus on teaching students to think critically and independently, and how to inquire with care and logic. The IB prepares students to succeed in a world where facts and fiction merge in the news, and where asking the right questions is a crucial skill that will allow them to flourish long after they’ve left the programs.

These programs encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners.

As an IB World School, we are fully authorized  to offer the Primary Years Programme  (PYP), the Middle Years  Programme (MYP) and the IB Diploma Programme (DP). We are part of a global community of schools that share a common philosophy – a commitment to high quality, challenging international education.  

Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four programs: the PYP, the MYP, the DP or the IB Career-related Programme (CP).

  • Kindergarten

    We recognize that the elementary school years are crucial to laying the foundation for future success.

    PYP is taught using knowledge and skills derived from six subjects’ areas, as well as transdisciplinary skills, with a powerful emphasis on inquiry.

    MYP is a framework that nurtures the whole child, placing equal importance to all subjects, as well as skills, socio-emotional learning, and conceptual understandings.
